It appears that waterproofing and rain don't mix.
This reminds me when the kids were young and we visited the La Brea Tar Pits in Los Angeles. We'll have to look for fossils!

The foundation form walls are even higher.

(The answer is: it's not needed.)

IT LOOKS LIKE A BANK!
The footings are complete. The footing forms have been removed and work begins on foundation walls. With all the rebar, it looks like we are building a bank.
Just the foundation will look impressive.
