The sub-floor was quickly installed today. We can't fall down the stairwell, but we could take a full gainer off the front edge.

This is 1541 feet of TJI's. Some of these are 38 feet long!! Let's hope the straighten out when installed with blocking.

SIGNIFICANT PROGRESS

NICE SLAB!
Nice inspector too! The inspector likes the slab. The weather mostly cooperated. This looks like a nice place to skate board. We'll have to put up no trespassing signs.

This is a major event. The framing can now commence. Concrete is nice but wood is better.

METER INSTALLED
The site now has power. We're ready for power saws and hammers.
