A RED LETTER DAY!
Yesterday was a significant day in the process of the construction of our new home. The City of Maple Valley has issued the certificate of "approval for occupancy".
The contractor is still doing a little more touch-up work. We probably will not move until we return from our long planned trip to London. So, we should be moved in by the start of "spring" golfing season.
The first delivery of rock for the rockery took place exactly a year ago yesterday! It has been a long process, but will be well worth the wait.

OH MY GOSH!!!! This is so exciting! And good to know . . . one year. Huh. I have fantasies of our future home going up in six months or less . . .
That's great!! Can't wait to see it when you're all moved in.
